Terms of Service

1. What this is
hub.2biz.ai (the "Service") is an AI operator for small and medium businesses. It drafts text-backs, reply suggestions, and review responses based on signals your business receives. A human on your team reviews and approves before any action is taken, except where you explicitly configure auto-send.
2. Your account
You must be authorized to sign up on behalf of the business you represent. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by AI drafts you approve.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to send spam, phishing, or any communication that violates carrier rules (TCPA, CTIA guidelines, 10DLC policy).
- Honor STOP / opt-out requests immediately — the Service does this automatically.
- Do not impersonate another business, person, or regulator.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse the AI providers behind the Service, or circumvent metering.
4. AI output
AI-drafted text is a suggestion, not a warranty. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approval. We train on your feedback (rejections, edits) to improve future drafts; we do not sell your content to third parties.
5. Billing + metered usage
Subscriptions and overage are billed via Stripe per your plan. Metered usage is reconciled nightly and billed on your next invoice. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Billing → Stripe portal.
6. Service availability
The Service depends on third-party providers (Twilio, Google, AI providers, Stripe). We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages can cause degraded functionality.
7. Data + privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. You retain ownership of your business data; we process it solely to operate the Service.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service at legal or operational risk. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost customers or lost revenue.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect.
11. Contact
This document is a Stage-1 working draft. The legal-reviewed version will supersede it before general availability.
